Dec. 22nd, 2008 02:30 amToday was spent cleaning my house from top to bottom. I smelled like chemicals at the end and confirmed how much I hate cleaning but after 7 hours of listening to my Josh/BSB playlist, it was done. Bathrooms, floors, kitchen, everything.
Why?
Because my parents arrived at 9pm after driving all day from Virginia. Why did they drive 15 hours you ask? Because they brought my doggie! Mattie has now met her two younger siblings. Lily is so very not impressed and Herman just follows her around acting very confused. My poor boy. I think they will get along lovely once the initial 'WTF? WHAT THE CRAP IS THAT THING?' is over with.
And my mom was actually impressed with how good the house looked. That made me happy. I think she was surprised. This made me happier.
