Everyone, meet Loni. My new baby!

So, some of you may have heard that I was looking at Cavalier King Charles puppies. I even went so far as to go see them last night and put one on hold. But all day today at work, I was waffling do to the fact that the poor thing would have three homes in the first three years of it's life: here, Blacksburg and wherever I go afterwards, plus I was afraid of loosing the freedom of, I don't know, packing up and going to Vegas to meet people from the interwebz ;)

So my mom convinced me to go to this adoption thing at Petsmart tonight. And it was love at first sight.

Her name is currently Loni and she needs a better one (help!). We think she's Lab/Hound mix and is about 35 pounds. She's super friendly with people and dogs and is extremely curious. She's about 2-3 years old, so I'm not as nervous about moving around with her. My parents love her and said they would gladly let her stay if I need the help. She's a complete gem and I can't believe she's downstairs! EEEEEE!!!!!
