My mother is signing the paperwork to buy a new townhouse that is in the process of being built in Wintermere, Florida. It's up against conservation land so I won't have back neighbors and it's on the end. We got to pick the granite counters, carpet, tile and all that. It has a small courtyard attaching the house to a two car garage. It's almost backdoor to Disney, in fact in my building, there is only one out of the four residents in my building who doesn't work at Disney and he works for the Golf Channel. There's plenty of running room for Mattie in the complex and a pool and cabana for me. It will be ready to move in around October.
Holy crap, I have a house. In Florida.
